About Me
My name is Caroline and I am qualified in clinical hypnotherapy with psychotherapy and hypnoanalysis (advanced) and a trained hypno-birthing practitioner and hypnobirthing fertility consultant, I am also a registered practitioner for the hypno gastric band. I am fully covered by professional indemnity insurance and work to a strict code of practice.
I am based in Essex and am the hypnotherapist at the Grays Complementary Clinic. I understand that it is sometimes difficult for people to take time out of their busy schedules so I also offer some evening appointments. Home visits are also available within the Basildon, Thurrock and Brentwood areas if you require a one to one hypnobirth course.
Your initial consultation will take between 60-90 minutes, which will include a 30 minute consultation followed immediately by your first hypnotherapy session to help calm and relax you. The initial consultation will help us both to decide if hypnotherapy is the right way forward for you and we will discuss how many additional hypnotherapy sessions you may require. At the end of your first session if you are happy with the style of therapy I will provide for you, then you can book your next session.
Therapy sessions normally last between 50-60 minutes, with the exception of the initial consultaion. Both the initial consultaion and all additional follow up appointments cost £60 per session. Quit smoking programme is a 1:5 hour session at the cost of £150 - only one session required. The cost of this includes a 30 minute consultation a week prior to the quit smoking programme.
